In a context of development of the exchanges on a worldwide scale, of competition between production areas, the firms involved in the agribusiness complex act mostly on the notion of national border whose characterists change according to the situation as relations with the country beyond the border tend to generate important outlets. However, as part of the European programme Interreg, and as the way to develop agricultural tourism, a thematic collaboration has started on both sides of the border between the north of France and the Belgian Hainaut, the western Flanders should soon join them.
